Visa Point Studies and Immigration is based in South Brisbane, Queensland. The business has been operating since 2011 and is run by Ravinderjit (Robbie) Toor.
Robbie Toor, principal migration agent
Robbie is a Registered Migration Agent with MARN 1170356. He was first registered with the Migration Agents Registration Authority in 2011. Originally from the Indian subcontinent, Robbie has lived in Australia for over 26 years.
He speaks English, Punjabi and Hindi. Clients who prefer to discuss their visa matters in Punjabi or Hindi can do so.
Robbie handles all types of Australian visas except Protection visas. His areas of focus include employer sponsored visas (subclass 482, 186 and 494), skilled migration, partner and family visas, and representation at the Administrative Review Tribunal.
He is bound by the Code of Conduct for registered migration agents, which is administered by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA). A copy of the code is available at www.mara.gov.au.
What we do
We prepare and lodge visa and nomination applications with the Department of Home Affairs. When a visa or nomination is refused, we prepare and lodge applications to the Administrative Review Tribunal and represent clients at hearings.
We also provide education consultancy services, helping international students find courses and institutions that align with their study and migration goals.

Our office is at Level 1/88 Tribune St, South Brisbane QLD 4101. We serve clients across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Ipswich, Logan, Springfield, Toowoomba and regional Queensland. We can also provide Australia-wide immigration advice by phone and video.
