Visa Point Migration Services is not part of the Australian Government or the Department of Home Affairs. We do not have the authority to grant visas or make decisions on applications. All final decisions are made by the Department of Home Affairs.
No guarantee of outcome
We prepare your application with care and accuracy, but we cannot guarantee approval. The outcome depends on whether you meet the legislative requirements.
Fees and agreement
Before starting work, we will provide a written agreement outlining scope, fees and terms. You must sign this before we commence. Government application charges are separate from our professional fees.
Your obligations
You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You must notify us immediately if your circumstances change. If you provide false or misleading information, we reserve the right to cease acting for you.
Limitation of liability
