When you contact us, please have the following information ready if possible: your current visa status, passport details, the visa you are interested in, and any correspondence from the Department of Home Affairs.
Please check consultation fees with our staff when booking. We will provide a written agreement outlining all fees and services before starting any work on your case.

We are a short walk from South Brisbane train station and the South Bank busway. Street parking is available on Merivale Street and surrounding streets. Paid parking is available at the South Bank car parks.
Urgent or time-sensitive matters
If you have received a visa refusal, a notice of intention to refuse, a section 57 notice, or if your visa is expiring in the next 28 days, call us directly on 0425 825 500. Do not rely on email for urgent matters. Response deadlines are strict and missing them can be irreversible.
