Visa Point has worked with education providers since 2011. We help international students find courses and institutions that match their study goals and, where relevant, their migration goals.
Is this your situation?
You want to study in Australia but you are not sure which course will give you the best chance of staying after graduation. Or you have enrolled in a course and now you are realising it may not lead to the visa pathway you want. Or you need an English language course before you can start your main program.
The course you choose now directly affects what happens after you graduate. A wrong choice can cost you years.
Course selection
The course affects your student visa application, your post-study work rights, your eligibility for a graduate visa (subclass 485) and your pathway to permanent residence. We work with universities, TAFEs and private colleges across Brisbane and Queensland.
Study pathway to permanent residence
The typical pathway is student visa (500) to graduate visa (485) to skilled migration (189, 190 or 491) or employer sponsored visa (482/186). Choosing the right course and institution from the start makes the later steps easier.
English language courses (ELICOS)
If your English is not at the required level, we can help you find an appropriate ELICOS program. These can also satisfy visa English requirements.
