Offshore humanitarian visas
Subclass 200 (Refugee) is for people identified and referred by UNHCR. Subclass 201 (In-country Special Humanitarian) is for people in their home country subject to persecution. Subclass 202 (Global Special Humanitarian) requires a proposer in Australia. Subclass 203 (Emergency Rescue) is for people in urgent need of protection. Subclass 204 (Woman at Risk) is for women and dependants without protection of a male relative.
