Australia's offshore humanitarian program provides visas to people outside Australia who are subject to persecution or substantial discrimination in their home country.

Help with refugee and humanitarian visas

Offshore humanitarian visas

Subclass 200 (Refugee) is for people identified and referred by UNHCR. Subclass 201 (In-country Special Humanitarian) is for people in their home country subject to persecution. Subclass 202 (Global Special Humanitarian) requires a proposer in Australia. Subclass 203 (Emergency Rescue) is for people in urgent need of protection. Subclass 204 (Woman at Risk) is for women and dependants without protection of a male relative.
